I have worked as an Agile Coach in several industries and companies and demonstrated my expertise as an agile practitioner and coach in tribal models, working with various levels in the organisation. I am curious and have a passion for growth, continuous improvement, and learning to make today better than yesterday for my teams and our customers. I utilise agile practices, a strong people focus, and diverse skills in facilitation to create heartfelt connections and the right environment to support everyone to achieve their best.
